    public class ProjectSettingsConverter
extends com.thoughtworks.xstream.converters.reflection.ReflectionConverter
    XStream converter for ProjectSettings. Settings are serialized using XStream's built-in reflection serialization. The only catch is that a ProjectSettingsChangedEvent must be posted after new settings are loaded.
